Kuching, 15 January 2026 - An internal user training on the Scheduled Waste Management System (SWMS) was conducted on 14–15 January 2026 at the SAINS Training Centre, Ecomall Kuching. The training aimed to familiarise users with the system’s end-to-end processes, including workflow, key functionalities and practical usage.

The session also served as a platform to gather user feedback to further enhance the system’s usability and overall effectiveness. A total of 25 participants attended the training, comprising representatives from the Waste Management Division (WMD), ICT Division (ICTD), Corporate and Enforcement Division (CED) as well as officers from the Divisional Offices. The programme contributed to strengthening system adoption and user readiness.
