Roles:

1. Plays an analyst role in identifying and assessing the ICT needs.
2. Assists in developing the agency's ICT Strategic Plan.
3. Manages and develops ICT requirements documents, including identifying innovations, improvements, and the development of ICT proposals.
4. Coordinates the preparation, storage and management of ICT documents and records.
5. Coordinates and evaluates ICT security aspects at the agency level.
6. Plans, develops and manages the agency's digital data and information inventory.
7. Collaborates with related agencies to increase the value of ICT systems and assets (including data and applications).
8. Manages and implements ICT projects.
9. Administers and manages existing ICT systems including ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
10. Assists in developing the agency's ICT policies.
11. Coordinates the implementation and monitors compliance with the set ICT policies.
12. Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of the agency's ICT, including implementing effectiveness assessment studies.
13. Assist in the ICT procurement process.
14. Act as the secretariat for the relevant ICT Committee.
15. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the ICT budget.
16. Assist in the planning and implementation of the agency's ICT skills and capabilities development programs.
17. Perform other tasks as directed from time to time by superior officers.
