Kuching 5 January 2026 - A briefing on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Post-EIA Monitoring was conducted at the NREB Kuching Divisional Office on 5 January 2026. The session was delivered by AC Manaffery bin Madhan, Head of the NREB Sibu Divisional Office.

The briefing aimed to enhance officers’ understanding of the updated SOP, particularly on field implementation, compliance requirements and reporting procedures for Post-EIA Monitoring. The session also provided an opportunity for officers to seek clarification and share views to ensure consistent and effective application of the SOP in carrying out monitoring duties.
