KUCHING, 21 Nov — An online sharing session was held today to familiarise NREB staff with the Environmental Information System Sarawak (EnvISS) and the EIA Consultant Management System (EIACMS), including their supporting modules. The session was presented by SAINS, who also shared recent system updates.
The session began with an overview of EnvISS, followed by a walkthrough of the Scheduled Waste Management System (SW-MS). A detailed explanation of EIACMS and its process flow was then provided. The Greenhouse Gas Management System (GHG-MS) was also introduced, highlighting key features, workflow, planned enhancements, and the way forward. The session aimed to enhance staff understanding of the systems to improve efficiency and compliance in environmental management reporting.
