KUCHING, 20 Nov - An external Scheduled Waste Management System (SWMS) user training was held on 18–19 November 2025 at the SAINS Training Centre, Ecomall Kuching. The training aimed to familiarise industry users with the system’s end-to-end processes and collect feedback to improve its usability and effectiveness.

A total of 20 participants attended the session, representing companies including Trienekens, Pentas Flora, Sarawak Energy Berhad, Pertama Ferroalloys, and OM Materials (Sarawak).

The programme provided participants with practical guidance on SWMS operations and reinforced compliance with scheduled waste management practices.
