Kuching 16 Nov 2025 Sunday - NREB participated in the Sarawak Rivers Day Conference (SRDC) 2025 held at Imperial Hotel Kuching as an exhibitor and paper presenter. The paper titled “Towards River Sustainability: NREB’s Roles in the Management and Protection of Rivers in Sarawak” was presented during the Sarawak Rivers Day Conference 2025 in conjunction with World Rivers Day with the theme “Waterways of Life” on 16 November 2025 at Imperial Hotel Kuching. SRDC 2025 was officiated by YB Datuk Amar Professor Dr. Sim Kui Hian, Deputy Premier of Sarawak Minister of Public Health, Housing and Local Government, representing YAB Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, Premier of Sarawak.
