Participants target group were local leaders communities such as Ketua Kaum, Penghulu, Pemanca, Counselors, Resident Office, District office, Miri City Councils, NGOs, NREB, LAKU, Miri Port and other agencies under LA 21 committees. The HAMeeD has become a very beneficial platform for communities and agencies in exchange opinions and knowledge.
