12th June 2025 Thursday - Schedule Waste Awareness Workshop. The workshop is organised by Environmental Protection Department (EPD) Sabah & Petronas. The primary objective of this workshop is to provide awareness on schedule waste management, non-scheduled waste management, radioactive exposure management and oil spill response. This workshop also aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements and reporting procedures related to scheduled waste management. Please be informed that the Greenhouse Gases Management System (GHG-MS) (Phase 1) – Carbon Emission Report and Flaring and Venting Consent module has commenced operation and is now available for access at our website (www.nreb.gov.my).
