Kuching 14 May 2025 Wednesday  - The NREB Audit Unit has conducted a benchmarking visit to the Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) to gain insights and gather information from its team of experienced internal auditors. The visit objectives are to understand their best audit practices, enhance audit methodologies, strengthen governance and compliance, improve reporting and communication, and foster collaboration. Also, Q&A session as the last session whereby we seek for their advices in setting up the internal audit unit and their sharing on challenges faced during auditing. There are 5 internal auditors including the Head of Internal Audit Unit from  the SEDC team leading the sharing session during the visit. NREB staff involved are Auditor, Ifyonda anak Batin, accompanied by two Assistant Auditors, Francissca Anak Nibis and Jenny Sofea Anak Ali.
