Among issues discussed - (i) existing pertinent environment issues (pollution of Sungai Miri & potential research on point-sources and non-point sources, and neccessary recommendations to mitigate the issues). (ii) accretion of dark organic materials at Batu 1, Kuala Baram.

Please be informed that the Greenhouse Gases Management System (GHG-MS) (Phase 1) – Carbon Emission Report and Flaring and Venting Consent module has commenced operation and is now available for access at our website (www.nreb.gov.my).
