The following projects and studies are currently ongoing.
- Development of Biogas Plant for the Treatment of Piggery Waste at the Livestock Farming Area (LFA) at Pasir Puteh, Samarahan Division, Sarawak. This project is developed to cater for the piggery wastes produced from an ultimate 250,000 standing pig population (SPP) from the LFA. The construction of the Biogas Plant started in early 2011 and completed in July 2013. This project is a green field project and qualifies as a Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project.
- Livestock Farming Area (LFA) project at Pasir Puteh, Samarahan Division. A one-off payment of RM5.974 million had been allocated for the purpose of operation and maintenance of the LFA project.
- Study on Sungai Pasai in Sibu Division. This study was also implemented, due to frequent complaints received from the public, especially on river water quality.
